To enable PlanB to design the size of soakaway required for your development we need a marked up plan outlining the extent of roof and hard landscaping that is capturing water and being channelled to the soakaway. This information is most often provided on the Architects drawings, which we need in “.DWG” CAD format.
Sometimes the existing soakaway is being retained and the new soakaway is for just for the new works, this needs to be clearly communicated, as outlined above.
