• Next steps: If it feels like a good fit, we’ll outline how we can move forward together.

What We’d Love to Know Before We Meet

To make the most of our time together, it helps if you can share a few details in advance:

• The address of the property (including What3Words)
• A brief description of the work you’re considering
• Any drawings, photos, or documents you already have
• Your ideal timeline and budget range
• Any planning constraints or permissions already in place
